Have you ever read the book “Rivethead”? I’m curious if it squares with your memories.
I have not read that, who is the author?
I did some searching and reading, sounds like an accurite account. Ben, the author worked at the truck plant on the south side of flint, i left flint in mid 1970’s, his accounting is 1980’s through 1991. I believe he has a great book, i will look for it.
