Sounds like a veiled extortion threat to me. Satire, but there’s an element of truth.
So they want the taxpayers who don’t shoot each other, who are not gang bangers, who don’t do or sell drugs, to part with more of the money that they earn through hard work after working their way up from those entry level jobs, and to hire them for non entry level jobs they have not earned and are not prepared or qualified for.
