Presumably, these illegals falsified the ATF forms when they filled them out. Isn’t this a crime? So, in addition to be in the US illegally they also falsified official government documents which is purgery I believe. Anyway, why aren’t the Feds out rounding up these people?

If they register for guns and are lying about being citizens they should be deported immediately. duh.
If they are found with guns, and are boted to be illegals, they should be deported. duh.
Note that the alien that killed the cop in CA displayed guns on his FB page and flaunted being a gang member.. yee Gawd, he should have been deported.
I’m confused. If these guys all self-reported, the stores don’t even run a NICS check..? If you answer incorrectly one one of the questions, that stops the gun purchase right there, no check needed.
But, if they lied on those questions, how is the NICS showing them as illegals? Except for a few individuals who may have their info in the system from previous deportations, NICS shouldn’t pop up as ‘illegal alien’, it should just show a mismatch on info (SSN, name, DoB, etc) that blocks the sale pending fixing the anomaly (which they can’t do, so the sale just goes nowhere from there). Not an ‘ineligible due to alien status’.
They used to be able to get guns from Obama. ;-)
