Maybe it’s just me...but I think since her teens that she’s been a daily joint-smoker (maybe even two joints a day). Depending on when you interview her, you get O-C straight or O-C doped-up. I can remember being around people in the late-70s who were doing three or four smokes a day, and they’d say all kinds of dopey things, or do things at work which would fail, and get themselves into serious trouble. She reminds me of those characters.
Seriously? Maybe you need to smoke a joint or two. Are you forgetting that there were two state troopers killed in a helicopter crash that weekend? The Governor of Virginia and the press were quick to attribute those two deaths to the protests as well, bringing the total to three.
Cortez may very well smoke marijuana, but that is not what made her stupid. She may have never smoked a joint in her life but that doesn't mean she'd be any less stupid.
