Does this go back to the Russian “troll farms” that Mueller was supposed to subpoena? I thought I heard on Rush and read here that one Russian company was ready to go to the mat over it. One big reason being that it opens up the “discovery” phase to reveak all the evidence uncovered, if I have that correct.

I’m glad the children are of legal age but that doesn’t change the fact that if this is true the man should not be on the SC or any court for that matter.

We need the swamp drained. When it’s this corrupt they can just blackmail or pillow the justices. Besides, the SCROTUS was never designed to have the power it does in our constitutional republic.

I’m guessing TE was confusing Al Shart-pun with his twin brother Charlie Rangel, who was a congressman and also had some tax issues (as a senior member of the ways and means committee, no less).

Craig McGibben, I think it is, from Leader Technologies, has the details about Roberts acting on their lawsuit against Facebook despite his having had a holding in Facebook stock, like the others in the judiciary he had involved in looking at the suit, etc.

I hardly agree regardless of his excuse for his liberal votes he should not be on any court. It is not the place of judges to rewrite anything as he did obamacare
