The President cannot prosecute anything. That is the purpose of the Justice Department. I’m not sure we have one of those at this time. We seem to have two legislative bodies.
We haven’t had a functioning DOJ for 10 years! For the last 2 years we’ve been “Trust the Plan!” & waiting for the 6 googleplex raised to the googleplex indictments to come in!
