Trump could have gotten Chik-fil-A to cater the event. Other than that, I didn’t see any problems. I doubt a bunch of college kids minded a free trip to the White House and all the fast food they could get. Burgers, fries and pizza are a big part of how most Americans eat, and it’s good politics to remember that most of us aren’t Whole Foods shoppers preparing to dine on quinoa and kale salad tonight.

However, allegations that he received improper benefits were central to an NCAA investigation of the USC football program that led to severe NCAA sanctions against USC, including a two-year postseason ban and the vacating of the 2004 national championship. As a result, Bush voluntarily forfeited his Heisman Trophy. He was being paid by USC to attend.
