I seriously doubt any walls are closing in on anyone or anything other than perhaps a few to be sacrificed (i.e., most likely ostracised but not indicted) by DOJ as theater in an attempt to show they’re doing something. As has been often said, lawyers and bureaucrats are hard pressed to police their own.
The FBI has an annual budget of around 9 billion with 35,000 or so employees they deign to let us to know about. The vast majority are true patriots only interested in truth and justice. We know this because they proclaim it to anyone they meet within the first 5 minutes or so.
I wouldn’t start holding my breath for anything to change at the FBI. It was probably too late to change anything about the culture 50+ years ago.

Unless the new AG surprises the crap out of me we get more drip-drip-drip stories of the criminal abuse of power and then the cover up, and the partisan and incompetent DOJ and FBI join the ranks of the corrupt IRS, VA and F Troop aka ATF in the minds of the American people.
If the DOJ/FBI comes out now and makes any statement about anything can anyone say there is not a reasonable doubt they are lying or covering something up?
