I knew there was more to the story than what was initially reported and I was right. So even though there is video proof the kid DID NOT harass the drum beater (actually the other way around) don't expect any APOLOGIES from the DUmmies. However, it will be interesting to see if there will be an apology forthcoming from NBC News and other news outlets who got this story completely WRONG.
