I’d still rather be carrying my Model 94 Winchester 30-30 than any 9mm. With Hornady FTX bullet it is a really great load. Not a 30-06, but closer than most think.
Even with 170 grain cast lead bullet it is an amazing hog gun.
Old fashioned? Yes, I am.
The thing I don’t like about Winchester is the toneject. Much prefer Marlin with its side eject. That being said my Marlin in .357 Magnum is my grab and go along with the SW wheel gun. One round for both and sooooo much fun to shoot
