I'd like to see Congress provide $5.7B as a clear victory for Trump.
I'd also be happy with $2B as evidence that Trump is a reasonable man who is willing to compromise.

At a minimum, I want $1B to show that Congress has funded significant money for the Wall. Take away their moral figleaf that the Wall is immoral. Make them pay $1B so that they are on record that this is legitimate use of money in their eyes.

And then use Army money and build a great big Wall exactly as the president wants.
