Well, he DID say Mexico would pay for it.Given the destruction that the cartels have inflicted on Mexico, I think that Mexico has paid a price even if the money is coming from El Chapo.

It really is. But, from what I’m reading on this thread, the Feds have never been able to find even one dollar of El Chapo’s money.
If they do happen to find it, I’m still confused by something in this article. Cruz introduced this legislation in April 2017. What happened to it? Did ever make it out of committee and to the Senate floor for a vote? If it did, and it made it to the House, did it ever make it to the floor for a vote there?
