I must have ‘passed over’ a hurdle as the ‘youngish’ girls (50s) are starting to ‘flirt’ with me even with husband around.
Had one yesterday(Sunday) talking to me and giving her family military ‘history’ and her husband asked if I was ‘hitting’ on his ‘old lady’ I was ‘sizing the tone of the question(figured it was a ‘good’) but she said “I am hitting on him” he said well, as long as you aren’t wasting each others time.
I remarked it was like a dog chasing a car...What do I do when I catch it and she said ‘lick it’.
I said ‘you do realize what you just said’, HE made a fist, I was thinking of ‘adjusting’ my vest and he said
‘That calls for a fist bump’ and she said I wasn’t entirely up on the ‘new phrases’ etc etc.
I (naturally) took (the lick it comment) in my preverted way but did leave shortly thereafter......HA HA
