This isn’t conclusive proof by a long shot. All the more ‘important’ high profile notables have had and used body doubles in the past. She would need to at the very least come before a audience that can have the opportunity to at ask her questions and see her up close and even then it woukldn’t be absolute evidence but it would help a lot to put to rest the notion that RBG is not alive.
