Wim (William) Statius Muller is the National Composer of ABC (Aruba, Bonaire & Curacao, the Netherlands Antilles), now cut off from the rest of the world by Alexandra Venezuela-Cortez's sugar daddy, Nicolas Maduro. Wim was a spymaster, who set up Curacao's intelligence bureau; he worked in Netherlands intelligence during the Cold War. That alone would send Alexandra Venezuela-Cortez' college mobs after him.
But as an old white man, Wim is guilty of the supreme crime of Cultural Appropriation. It seems that, from his colonial, Netherlands Antilles upbringing, Wim is an expert composer in the intensely polyrhythmic local music style. And from his music studies in New York in the era of Van Cliburn, Wim Statius Muller is an expert pianist, with a strong heritage of Chopin in his Netherlands Antilles composing.

Now, local Black people are so deluded to regard Wim as a cultural hero. They need Alexandra Venezuela-Cortez' cultural shock troops to free their minds.

The language of 800,000 people is called Papiamento, “Chatting”. It comes from Spanish, West African, Portuguese, and Hebrew, the latter from when Jewish traders were active in the area in the 18th century.
That music is very triggering!
Seriously though...sounds like a mixture of a national anthem, some church hymns and odds & ends from “The Sting”.
