In AOC’s honor, I had the Meatloaf Special at the diner last night. I had some leftovers for breakfast and I may finish everything up for lunch. :-)

Safeway has boneless Chuck on sale here this week for $3.87/lb. Gonna get them to burger grind 20 pounds and package in 2 lb freezer packs to restock, plus a few more lbs to brown and braise a few hours in red wine, garlic, onion, tarragon, thyme, salt and pepper ... YUM!
