Socialist Democrats, like their Russian counterparts, want to take the bread from the mouths of those who earned it and use it for their own gain. The masses will be left standing in bread lines, fighting for the crumbs they drop
Bernie Sanders, along with a slew of other brainless bohemians that identify as Democrats, are running for president in 2020. Bernie and the rest of the socialist miscreants want to transform America into a socialist utopia. Recently, Crazy Bernie appeared on the Young Turks, often called the Young Turds, and laid out the Democrat socialist plan for America. The plan includes medicare for all, the Green New Deal, higher taxes, and more communist labor unions for the poor working proletariats to support.
Yes, we know what it does. How do we stop it? Dictatorship?
Bernie just wants a yacht to go with his three houses.
How is socialism enforced? By dictatorship.
The remedy is to create a high demand market for Socialist Ratatouille that we can sell to the starving North Koreans./S

Socialism is envy disguised as altruism.
The title is not helpful.
All taxation could be said to take bread out of the mouths of those that earned it. But that’s not all bad, since government provides and enforces the rules of the marketplace, provides protection, implements societal programs deemed necessary by our representatives. All of which could be said to provide the enviornment in which that bread can be earned.
Socialism doesn’t just take bread out of the mouth of the earners, it takes control of the bread making process and gives it to government. Which inevitably makes the bread producing process excessively bureacratic, reducing or eliminating the incentive to produce bread efficiently and stifling innovation.
Thus socialism reduces the amount of bread made. And then takes much more of the bread that is made out of the mouth of the earners to support the huge government required.
My Son actually learned the truth about socialism.....
In a college class.
He had to do a group project.
I asked him how it went. He said,
“I worked my ass off while the other three people did a lot of talking but no work.”
I asked him about the grades. He said,
“We all got A’s”
“Now you understand socialism”, I said. “One person busts his behind because he’s worried while three people sit around doing nothing. Did those other three learn anything?”
“No.”
“But the party official, the professor, was paid some big bucks wasn’t he?”
“Yeah”.
“So you got screwed, three people did nothing, and the party official got big bucks for keeping all of you in line. That’s socialism for you.”
LOL..that’s great.
It certainly is promoted by envy & resentment: Blame & Envy Cocktail.
But, while its promoters may claim to be altruistic; they are the exact opposite of what they claim:
Nothing could be more destructive of a healthy social order.

Unfortunately for our current high school students who tend to be misinformed, the author understates the issue:

The author could have been more informative:
In Russia masses not only stood in breadlines, masses by the millions mostly in its farming industry, were intentionally starved to death in order to feed the larger population. Stalin brutally reduced the number of mouths to feed while greatly reducing certain disfavored ethnic groups.
SOCIALISM
You have 2 cows.
The State forces you to give one to your neighbor, shoots the neighbor and forces you to milk them both, giving all milk back to the state.
The State gives you a cup of sour milk.
MARXISM
You have two cows.
The government takes both and shoots you.
COMMUNISM
You have 2 cows.
The State takes both and gives you nothing.
They shoot your family and put you in a gulag.
DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISM

The State takes both, promises more free cows, lets you vote and gives you sour milk.

The State takes both and sells you some milk.

You have 2 cows.
The State takes both and shoots your wife and kids.

You never milk them, they just eat the grass, so you don’t have to mow the lawn.

The president realizes that neighbor wants their own cow, slaughters your calf every year preventing you from having a cow to sell.
The president takes the slaughtered cow and turns it into hamburger, has a cook-out so neighbor stops trying to own a cow themselves.
