That said, I think the killing frenzy is being spurred on by the demonic.
Maybe they are tipping their hand that the Lord is indeed coming soon, and they have no time to lose in their agenda to kill, steal, and destroy.
Something is going on in the spiritual realm and we can tell that by the situations we find ourselves in today that are so horrific.
Of that, there is no doubt. As in the days of Noah. I wonder if God has whispered in Satan’s ear, that his time is short?

Yes I think you are right on with that point.
Even the secular folks see something wrong. I’ve noticed in my “Bible belt” locale that in the past 5 years or so folks are way more timid to even make eye contact and greet others. It’s everywhere. Families are getting ripped apart - so called “Christians families” too.
I think the demonic hordes do believe the Lord is coming soon and they have no choice but to escalate that steal, kill and destroy strategy (that is a brilliant observation metmom!)
Folks can still be saved however, and that is a problem for them. They are itching to get that “Lie” out there to dupe everybody possible to take that MARK that will immediately condemn them forever no matter what. That’s their Final Solution.
We’ve got to be extremely close to the Harpazo. If not, Luke 18:8 might actually have The Lord not finding any faith on Earth - if He doesn’t return soon.
