Links below what?

Surely you don’t mean to divert traffic to your own blog?

Do you?

I learned something during my journalism gig: quite often, the major stories started off as reporting by smaller outlets. Then they got picked up by bigger outfits. I could cite the Monica Lewinsky story from 1998. Matt Drudge was an ex-studio gift shop employee with a relatively minor blog. He not only published a major story, but one that Newsweek had known and written and then spiked.

Were it not for a mere blogger, Bill Clinton would have never been impeached. And that quite likely made more than enough people doubtful about Hillary than to trust her with power.

Whatever this hatred of blogs that you have is coming from, you should reconsider. With the decline of small town reporting, blogs are more important than ever. Today's blog post could be tomorrow's lead story that topples a Pelosi or a Schumer.
