A Steel Wall is just metal rebar for when it is encased in Rock & Concrete.
The next Republican President, not wimpy Pence, would stack rock on the rebar. Then concrete is poured.
The Chinese would be jealous.

And those bollards are reinforced concrete columns, encased in steel - so they are impervious to sledgehammers, or hammer and chisel attacks. They are not hollow.
