The “replacement” also includes moving inner city drugsters to smaller cities. Places like Iowa where there was no crime, now they have crime. And they vote democrap.

One of Obama’s actions was to put hundreds of drug dealers back on the streets as “nonviolent criminals.” We now see the runaway drug problem in America as one result.

....”includes moving inner city drugsters to smaller cities”....

They did that in Philadelphia out to the Williamsport Pa. area. Both mayors cut a deal believing it would give druggies a fresh start. But Oh what a mess that created! People were cutting down their shrubs because drug deals were happening in their front yards, even in the daylight, in every area of the city.... They had no fear of arrest because those sent there had attorneys with them to bail them out on technicalities. The area was overrun with druggies and the gangs that come with them.

However a new "mayor came into town".....increased his police force with the full support of the community focusing on chasing them out of town.... Fighting fire with fire they cited dealers on every 'little' infraction of the law....from jay-walking to playing music too loud, to not parking exactly according to inches from the curb. Every small infraction of any law was brought to bare.... The result was they couldn't afford to have their attorneys 24/7 in the courts every day, and the attorneys got tired of running to the courts all the time without a big payoff.

This affected all the street sales dramatically so they went back to Philadelphia where they could operate without the daily hassle.
