Antifa are not fascists, they are communists; they are the very same people that fascism rose in reaction to 100 years ago. That’s why it’s called a “reactionary” movement. They aren’t the “Brownshirts”, they are the people the Brownshirts formed to start fighting in the streets. The Brownshirts, also a bunch of thugs, won the fight. That’s what things descend into when decent folk let matters slide. Weimerica is headed there. Calling communists “fascists” doesn’t shame them at all. They don’t care. You can’t shame that which has no shame. “Liberal Fascism” and other silly conflations have caused exactly ZERO commies to retreat from their positions in intellectual humiliation.
