FISC was created to fool the public into a false belief that the government was judicious in its use of snooping powers. It is a waste of resources. It ties up investigators, judges, and who knows how many clerks.
Another reason the the FISA law was created was to provide a perfect legal defense for the snooping. Once a judge grants a warrant, the snooping is lawful.
Scrap the whole thing. It is dishonesty piled on top of dishonesty, sold by the crookedest crooks in the land, the US Congress.
No thinking person would believe the government when it says it is judicious with snooping power. FISC was passed to regulate snooping, and FAILED to accomplish what it was sold as.
I’m not sure if you are under the impression that I like FISC.
