Of course. This is not the 1970's. I am quite a safe driver. Besides, aside from the risk of death or serious paralization, you have to be mindful of Chinese laws. They don't take kindly to drinking and driving.

Not only will they seize your car... forever, but you face two years "re-education" in a specially equipped training facility and loss of your driving privileges for almost a decade.
