Fortunately, to make Bears fans feel better for giving up their pick for a monster player, the Raiders took their top 10 pick and used it on a guy projected to go 15 picks later at best, while passing on some sure fire studs consensus top 5 guys still sitting there. Then they took a running back who is considered the best one in a very weak class (tallest midget in the circus?) and would probably have been a day 2 pick in the prior two or three drafts. And finally with their third first round pick the got a safety who is probably good.
In a draft LOADED with surefire stud defensive line talent they got a safety, a running back, and a reach. Nice work, fellows!
