Now I'm no expert on these things, but wouldn't that be a GOOD thing?
Look at the flip side. Wouldn't most men like having their estrogen levels reduced?

Perhaps a lot of women and men could sue the pill makers for detroyed marriages - which are not financially, emotionally or children-insignificant - due to female frigidity caused by the pill.
No man gets married to stop having sex.
Wouldn’t testosterone supplements increase a woman’s sex drive as testosterone is also a boost to male’s sex drive. Only side effects would be hairy women
