That’s exactly what I thought. How do you raise a baby “black” or “white”? I guess raising him in a two-parent household, without blaring rap music, pants hanging around his knees, and people who actually speak, “English”, would be raising him “white”?
All of the above impossible in royal family, even in Africa. That is why I am guessing.
