Well, duh. While owners are putting taxpayers on the hook for billion dollar stadiums while paying players hundreds of millions of dollars, I’m surprised ANYone is stupid enough to pay to watch a ball game in person.
I’m pretty much done with the Rangers, throw away a perfectly good stadium.
I’m in Cuyahoga County, where roads are crumbling. Is there any rational reason county money is spent on stadiums? It’s a perfect example of where stockholders should fund the endeavors, if the owners can’t or won’t.
Yep. Can’t afford to go watch men getting dirty rich for playing with a ball with other men.
Maybe they should replace the US flag with a rainbow flag, open games with Kumbaya, have players dress in drag, have vegan food...lots of great options...
