House Democrats are backing away from plans to hold a blockbuster hearing this month with Robert Mueller after talks stalled out with the special counsel and his representatives.
Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) and a senior Democratic committee aide told POLITICO on Friday that there’s no Mueller hearing planned for next week, though that could also change at a moment’s notice if the special counsel said he’s ready to testify.
“I would assume not,” Nadler replied when asked whether Mueller would be appearing before the upcoming Memorial Day recess, which starts next Friday.
A Judiciary staffer later added, “Mueller could always call us and say, ‘The heck with it, I want to come in Wednesday,’ and we would make time. But at the moment, no Mueller planned for next week.”

Mueller told Nadler why Nadler doesn’t really want to have him testify. It would not go well for the Democrats, nor Mueller. Mueller might become a subject in a criminal investigation in the not to distant future. Rosenstein is probably spilling his guts on everything, including Mueller’s part.
So they’re not gonna subpoena him like they do Republicans and/or Trump supporters? But that sounds like a double standard. /s

I’m betting Mueller had little, or nothing to do with the investigation, or writing the report. His minions did all the legwork, and put it all together for him. In order for him to testify, he’d have to read the whole 448 pages to find out what is in it.
Rosenstein is a rat. He will flip anyway he can to get attention and keep his rear from being thrown in a cell.
Weasel Weissman apparently did all of the work while Herr Weasel Mueller just collected his ill gotten pay.
It’d be more fun to have Weissman show up at Congress.
Back in 2017, when Adam Schiff even thought that Devin Nunes might be talking to witnesses without including the Democrats in the conversation, he tried to make it out to be a violation of federal law, and the MSM pushed that narrative like crazy.
But...but...Nadler wants to know how Herr Mule “feels” about his report.
Mueller needs more time to assess his own risk of prosecution.
At this point I don’t give a royal chit about mueller or the evil swamp, they’ll probably skate let’s be realistic here!!! I’m more upset and continually worried about the invasion that’s taking place without an pushback!! UNDERSTAND this will haunt us for generations to come and my grandkids will pay for it dearly while never experiencing the America we grew up with..in other words ..THE USA IS SCREWED ...IT’S TOO LATE TO KICK THE INVADERS OUT!! To damn late!!! We did our grandchildren a disservice and all those brave soldiers who died to keep us free from communism died for nothing if we become a socialist nation! With accepting millions who can’t even improve their own countries into our nation is like cutting our own throats and our future generation!! There futures look better bleak at this point if we don’t fight for them and our beloved country! I want Mueller to appear. Jim Jordan will have a field day nailing his skinny ass to the wall.
Mueller wants to wait until after the IG report comes out. And then maybe never. The FISA warrant was based on bogus information, which undermines the entire predicate for the Mueller investigation. LOL.
Because the dumb dems are just as afraid of what the republican members will ask Mueller, as Mueller himself is.
Mueller will not testify until and unless he makes a deal with Barr to stay out of Prison for his complicity in the attempted Overthrow of the United States Government.

They are going to go after Jordan again, and redouble their efforts. They’ve started up again with “news” about the sexual assaults at OSU while Jordan was there.

Notice how there’s no call of “cover up” or obstruction about Mueller. They REALLY don’t want him there. The Republicans know EXACTLY what to ask him.
Mulehead will not testify. He can’t.
He cannot say the slightest thing that would in any way be used to challenge or contradict his SWORN report, or he would be subject to perjury charges.
He does not want to have GOP congressmen questioning him with the same types of perjury traps he used on others.
Could be wrong, but I see no way this guy submits to questioning under oath.
