But unlike Webber, Draymond knew they had no timeouts left. He intentionally did it because their last hope was for:
1. The Raptors to miss a free throw.
2. They steal the ball on the inbounds play since the Raptors get possession.
3. The Warriors hit a three to tie the game (assuming the Raptors missed the free throw)
With only 0.9 seconds left, they needed all three to happen, but only got the second.
