My employer is in full-throated support of “Pride Month,” including a schedule of celebratory events and even videos praising itself. The “Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)” team — of course a part of HR — is the new enforcement mechanism at organizations, including companies, schools, churches, and governments. The D&I Gaystapo brook no dissent. Speak up, and your employment is ended. Silence is the only option.
