“I highly doubt the people who are rising up voted for this crap.
So you can shove your statement about you people.”
Yep, rural Oregonians are getting a taste of what us rural Californians have been putting up with for decades. We are here, behind enemy lines, fighting the good fight, trying to stand against massive voter fraud and seemingly unstoppable socalism, and all we get from our “compatriots” in other states is snide remarks about how we deserve it.
Nevermind that no war was ever won by people far removed from the front. They consider themselves quite high and mighty, all the while being no where near where the true fight is happening. If they truly cared, and thought voting could fix it, wouldn’t the answer be to move to CA and OR? Out vote those Marxists that inhabit our big cities? No, we will never see that, but you, like I, will continue to receive comments about how EVERYONE in our state are socialists and we get what we deserve.
I, like you, are getting fairly fed up with it. Those outside our states, do not understand how much the west coast is worth; not only in geography, but in natural resources.
Manifest destiny. From sea to shining sea. Unless a corrupt set of people, backed by massive voter fraud, overtakes the body politic, then manifest destiny goes away. Most of what I hear now days is people hoping CA, OR, and WA just leave the union. Crazy.
Great post! Now if we could get all 3 west coast states to unite and stand together, we might really gain some ground.
We good people in NY sympathize with we.
We get the same crap from arrogant, self-righteous, know it alls.

I lived in California for 30 years before leaving five years ago.
The other perspective is the fight the war differently, through sanctions and embargoes.
While not quite like with Iran, by moving away I and others are starving California of the access to financing that the regime in power desperately needs to survive. That's why the governor had to cancel the bullet train, and then raise the gasoline tax.
The cities can't afford to manage the homeless problem, and trash, vermin, and disease is starting to infect major areas.
Businesses are leaving because customers are leaving.
At some point, one of several things will happen:
