so my best guess is... the same person(s) who managed to persuade him to give up his “natural” candidacy in 2016, are doing similar again now (they must “have something on him”?????)

Yep, and he was in for only a matter of days. Biden dropped as soon as Hitlery had a chance to sidle up to him with a manila folder, open it about 30-degrees, and say, “Look at these pictures!” He dropped out like sh** through a goose. I’d bet money that she didn’t even need intel sources, a Google search on “Biden little girls” is enough to move him along.
