What about Trump giving huge donations to Jackson’s Operation Push & Rainbow Coalition?
What about Trump’s large donations to both of Jesse’s presidential campaigns with money and material? I have never heard or read anything racist from President Trump. This guy does not appear to be much of a historian. I suspect that the first President Johnson was fairly moderate about race when compared to somebody like Andrew Jackson. What about all the other slave owning Presidents? Lincoln and LBJ were both pretty racist too. Is this genius actually saying President Trump is more racist than any of them? If such blatant ignorance makes one a “respected” Presidential historian, then I need to get in on that gig.
Lincoln was, indeed, a white supremacist. In his 1858 debate with Sen.
