I am looking forward to this, but I have one concern. Normally indictments and arrests occur simultaneously. It bothers me when I hear about coming indictments, as those indicted shouldn’t know anything until they are charged. Or is it only that way when repubs are indicted?

The purported imminent dump of declassified material is completely separate from the ongoing Grand Jury proceedings and will have no indication of who or who will not be ultimately indicted.

It may give us a clue as to who and for what is being looked at although most of us know that already.

I think they are just talking about declassifying documents - they might not even be made public.

Indictments and arrests will follow their own timeline.

One of the considerations in deciding what to declassify, is if it might interfere with an ongoing investigation (alert suspects) - so that should already be explicitly taken into consideration.
