Do a search for “how to disable cortana”. There’s options for how to do it. I use Macs, and not PC’s, but hope it might help.

But if you have a PC and not a MAC...try to do a “system restore” and pick a date to restore your computer to..that precedes the 1st time you saw this Cortana bullshit.

I installed “Elementary OS” (a Linux distro that mimics the Mac user interface). I’ve been happy with that (and no Cortana!)
