Assuming you are talking about the Q breadcrumbs, the stigma of a secret organization would only hurt the President. Fortunately, the number of Q followers is small enough to render them harmless.
But if you Q peddlers truly wanted to help the President, you would spare him the stigma of being associated with secret organizations.
For normal voters, its nothing but a huge turn-off to be confronted with the possibility that your candidate is being groomed and handled by some behind-the-scenes power brokers, and not his own man.
Luckily hardly anyone takes these claims seriously.
