CNBC: “People should only be allowed to spend their money in ways we want them to.”
It’s Jamestown1630.
I do something similar. I meal plan on Thursday, Hubby shops on Friday, and I do all the main cooking for the next week on Saturday. Easy/fast stuff like pasta noodles, rice, veggies, etc. get done the night we eat. When I get home from work during the week, everything is ready to go with minimal prep. If we eat out once every couple of months that’s a lot for us.
That’s great, if you want to eat your way into obesity. A trip to golden corral once in a while is fine, but it is not something that I do more than twice per year. You can catch some serious bargains at the grocery store, if you pay attention to promotions and coupons.
Im not obese by any measure. And were talking finances not health. You liberals are all about control.
Nice try. I am not liberal, and I made no attempt to control anyone. All that I noted is that a thrifty person CAN actually buy food at a grocery store and stay on a strict budget. At no point did I demand that anyone follow a particular lifestyle. Usually, it is liberals who launch into knee-jerk ad hominem attacks against those with whom they disagree.
You need to reread your post.
I did. No call to control anyone. I mentioned that as a matter of personal choice I do not go there more than a couple of time per year.
