Hogg was at the school, in a completely different building, during the shooting. After evacuating, and being cleared, the kids were sent home. Hogg got his recorder and pedaled his bike back to the school later, when he began collecting voice-notes.
Maybe if Obama hadn’t tried to effect school discipline quotas from DC the shooter wouldn’t have been at school period.
