The US hasn’t even taken their gloves off yet?
Chinese reaction: Yu Bad Guy
This article is so disjointed and confused that it reminds me of a poorly translated owners manual for a made-in-China kitchen appliance.
It starts out talking about a video supposedly playing in China - but never ends up saying anything about the video itself.
Instead there is endless rambling about how clueless Americans fail to understand how reasonable Chinese are and always have been.
The persona keeps shifting like a patchwork, perhaps due to the fact that it was authored by editorial staff - the result is a Frankensteins monster of propaganda gibberish.
Lines like the following suggest that at least some of the body parts for this monstrosity were scavenged from the Chi-Comm government thought police:
There are no political parties, as all of the Chinese people want the same thing; a traditional life that is safe from interference.
I hope nobody wastes their time reading this, unless they find it entertaining.
This is gibberish.
[The goal of the American mainstream media is to manipulate the people. This manipulation serves a purpose. It keeps Americans living in a constant state of fear and anxiety, from which they can be easily manipulated. Much like sheep, cattle, or chickens. They have been doing so for decades. China's long term prospects are clouded by a rapidly aging demographic, the middle income trap, endemic corruption, a shaky financial system, the lack of rule of law and representative government, and now a trade war with the US. The US is fully capable of building and running new factories -- and when needed, with the hired help of the same German equipment and machine tool makers that China relies on.
How many rocks of crack did you smoke while “writing” this mess?
You might not want to hear this, but it is true. Compare the stats. How many new parks were built in the USA compared to China? How many skyscrapers? How many bridges? How many High Speed Trains? How many hospitals? How many new schools.
I understand what you are saying, but these are being built with stolen patents and excise taxes on items from outside of China. Also, China has had squat nothing built up, so its easy to see new development everywhere.
The information is interesting but so poorly written that it’s almost incomprehensible.
I confess that because the writer presents such hard to follow material, I get very little from the article.
There is a lot of national pride and racial pride in China, as you will find almost anywhere in the world. We would do well to try to better understand the Chinese people and find compromises in which we all benefit. Brinkmanship is a dangerous game.
