As one of wizards if smarts I listen to noted (maybe Scott Adams) with the salesman/deal making mentality of PDJT, it could be a long term lease of all mineral rights w/ a percentage to Denmark if profits / ton etc etc. The agreement could take form on paper similar or much different to what I just typed. The bottom line is it would be exclusive business deal & China doesn’t get the mine, but they do get the shaft...
