That graph DOES NOT support the headline.
The graph shows constant growth for 16 months, some times as much as 75%. That’s a curve going up, up, up, up, etc.
Even with a 15% decrease in month 17, after 16 months of increases you don’t need to crunch the numbers to know that the actual numbers in month 17 are WAY more than the actual numbers in the early months.
