Let's cut the crap. He was everybody's favorite here at this site for the longest time. 'Best Secretary of State we never had.' The Democrat Senators wouldn't approve him for the UN post. 43' had to go to a recess appointment. He would have gutted the (deep)State Department as we all wanted. Then the stupid '2k troops for Venezuela' clipboard memo and the calling out by Tucker Carlson. Has he been exposed by Trump or were the Democrats right all along? No sweeping under the rug this time.
Bolton is demented, always has been. But on the bright side, DJT correctly kicked him to the curb, and that’s where his ilk belong.

Bolton was more willing to use the military, and I think it was good for Trump to have that in his ear, even if only to intimidate our enemies. I’m sorry they had a falling out. I was disappointed to see Bolton nit-pick over whether he resigned or got fired. I would’ve hoped he could still be an informal adviser like many of his former employees.

Always amazed me how just because someone can say a few of the right things and throw down a few crumbs and people buy into it. Bolton is and has always been just another NWO globalist guy. Unfortunately it’s par for the course of most everyone in government and Washington and the RNC.

Exactly. GWB was a Woodrow Wilson internationalist. He needed to hear what Bolton had to say. Bolton have kept him from being worse. Trump is a different guy.
Doesn’t work that way. He served his purpose, Trump wants to go another way. War is not something to be done every three months.
Most all politicians and bureaucrats on our side are a combination of things we like and appreciate and things we disagree with. Bolton has done good things and bad things, in my opinion. We need not narrow things down to defining him as hero or villain.
I like how Bolton told off the world around always using the US as a punching bag and to not expect the US to always fight their stupid battles across the world, but then he identifies his own stupid battles we should not enter.
He's a great foil and helps keep the world off our back, so he’s useful, but needs to be kept in a box. Like a rabid ferret—let it loose when it benefits you but don’t let it see you.

I used to be a Bolton fan. I also supported GWB and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Bolton and Bush are still the same, my views have changed. After fourteen years of the Bush Doctrine I had my “Come to Trump and MAGA” moment. Good riddance to Bolton.
