They’re NOT the ones to be concerned with; they’re the cannon fodder that the hardcore hide behind.
Think of “Enemy at the Gates” - sending the Russian conscripts out ahead with rifles w/no bullets while the Commissars wait in the back with submachine guns and other weapons.
Pajama boys are just there to take the first bullets.
