While I haven’t seen this particular Springfield pistol I can say that I’ve been shooting 2 others for around 5 years. (XD and XDS) both in .45. They function flawlessly with any ammunition I feed them.
The XDS is my EDC choice.

I fire the XDS 9mm. Only issue I ever had with it is when loading 8 round magazine, one round feeds but the magazine doesn’t lock. I went to seven round and it works fine.
