Juul was bought by big tobacco, was it last year? to the same company - Altria. So deep pockets to pick. Almost all vape products, from the 401 and 510 ‘stage cigarettes’ to the first eliquids to the glass tanks, to the adjustable voltage one and two batt units - all came from Chinese factories so no lawsuit avenue there.
