If it is not legal watch them put the burden on organizers to cancel the rally because no porta-pottys.

If the rally does take place with no porta-pottys people that are disabled or elderly will suffer. The socialists don’t care, they are that spiteful and nasty.

Agreed. I think the city is legally obligated to provide proper sanitation in these cases. AND they are open to a lawsuit if they provided proper sanitation for other events but not this one.
