You don’t think Warren stands a chance? She’s the only one who has me concerned, especially if she recruits the gay guy to do her number 2.

I threw up a little in my mouth at your verbiage. :)

I think Warren is at least likable. When I analyze her, objectively, what I come up with is essentially a paper tiger candidate.

First, she doesn’t look the part. In those ridiculous cardigan sweaters of hers she looks like a “golly gee” frumpy grandmother. That’s going to have to change.

Secondly, at the last debate, a few of the other candidates (I think it was Mayor Pete and one other) began attacking her plans and asking if she planned to raise taxes on the middle class. They asked several times over the course of the debate and she pivoted away every time. That will eventually need to be answered. Of course, the answer is yes. Which is why she pivoted.

Thirdly, her plans are absurd. Medicare for all would barely be affordable. On top of that, there’s raising the minimum wage, Slavery Reparations, Free College Tuition, Forgiving Student Loans, not to mention others I’m likely forgetting. How can you pay for all of that? It can’t be done.

Lastly, she has character issues a general election would bring out. The Teaching Issue - the American Indian issue. She’s sorry for them, ok, fine. Everyone makes mistakes right? But she abused a protected class in order to get ahead. That’s pretty rude. And it will be repeated ad nauseum by Trump.

I tell you what... I’d be more worried about Mayor Pete. He’s a veteran. Handsome. Young and FRESH. He’s well spoken and frankly, his ideas are way more moderate than most of the field. He was the one who hit Warren the hardest. I don’t know how big a deal the gay thing will be for him. I’m sure some will hold it against him. But no one will have the balls to challenge him on it. Not even Trump.
