<><>Col Alexander Vindman engaged in unsanctioned foreign policy discussions with the Ukraine govt;
<><>said "he did not think" it was proper for a president to demand investigations of a U.S. citizen,
<><> said "he was worried about the implications" for the U.S. government’s support of Ukraine.”

REALITY CHECK Vindam flat-out lied about Trumps’s phone call; Trump made no such demand.

What makes Vindam think he controls US foreign policy?

Don’t forget that RBG’s health plays a part in this. She is most likely to be off the bench prior to Nov 2020. There is no way a President under “impeachment inquiry” would be “allowed” to nominate a SCJ. I think this is part of the impeachment insurance policy. The President “can’t nominate in an election year” rule has already been destroyed by Biden’s own rule.

The SC is more important for obvious reasons.
