No right to refuse to do abortions?

Wow, that's a new twist, an especially HORRID one.

Despite slimy Barack Obama appointee U. S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer’s decision, nobody can force an individual to take part in an abortion. They may lose their job for refusing, but it would be worth it to avoid baby-killing. That judge is a slob. He is trying to force people to do something lousy and creepy.

‘there is no legal foundation for a person to refuse to obey a state law mandating participation in an abortion procedure. If a state requires a licensed medical practitioner to perform an abortion or to assist in its performance there is no ‘right of conscience’ escape clause.”’

no legal foundation vs ‘right of conscience’

Gee, I wonder which side will will that one...oh if you are an abortion loving Democrat, I already know which side will win that.
